Choose Linux #1: elementary OS and OpenMediaVault

Jason’s Listening Notes: Jupiter Broadcasting’s Choose Linux is where my Linux podcasting journey started, well before Linux For Everyone was created.

The premise: Take a pragmatic and impulsive rookie Linux user (me) and match him up with a no-nonsense, cool-headed Linux veteran (@JoeRess).

This show chronicled all the cool discoveries you make as a new Linux user, and hopefully reminded some of the disenchanted pros out there that Linux can always be fun!

We kick off a brand new show with a discussion about Jason’s elementary OS community challenge. Then we get into the pros and cons of setting up your own NAS with OpenMediaVault.

Plus, find out more about your hosts and what we have in store for future episodes.
